• All clearance/closeout styles are final and are not returnable

Terms

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order
• All returned items must be received back in their original, unworn condition and must include all original packaging with any security tags affixed.

Refunds

• A refund will be issued for the order value.
• Credit will only be applied to the original credit card account used for purchase.
• Most credits are issued within 5-7 business days of receipt of the item, allowing for processing and inspection time.
• If our warehouse is unable to accept your return, the merchandise will be returned to you without credit.

We do not Dropship!

Call us old fashioned, but MissBliss.Uk aims to be different from many of the online stores today! Many of the websites today are just a means to ship directly from the manufacturer or wholesaler direct to the customer. We do not think you can provide quality materials with that process.

Whilst we are a young company, we aim to make a mark by providing quality clothing at affordable prices, but also provide the customer service you would expect. We do not hide behind unmonitored email addresses. If you need to talk to someone, you can call us!

Quality Control

MissBliss.UK prides itself for using  quality products. All of our items are individually inspected prior to shipping. Our Quality Control checks each garment visually and photographed prior to shipping to ensure no damage was present. If your product is damaged in any way, please contact us immediately

Green Credentials

MissBliss.UK also recognises the waste in product packaging. This is why we choose to ship with no unnecessary packaging. Not only does this save on excessive waste and recycling costs, it also keeps the costs down so you get the products even cheaper.  We are always seeking even more environmentally friendlier packaging.

Shipping Costs

MissBliss.UK believes you should not pay more than you have to for shipping! The Shipping rates are calculated automatically depending on the destination country. While we do not control the rates, we will always check to see if you are paying the least amount for shipping. Where we find an alternative carrier who can ship the item in the same duration, we will automatically select this rate and refund you the difference. You don't have to do anything!
