Returns & Exchanges
We pride ourselves on our products and only ship out items when we are happy with them ourselves. Our quality control will inspect each item prior to shipping. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.
In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept returns within 10 days from receiving the item. Any items in bundling promotion are not eligible for partial cancels, exchanges, or returns.Items which were on clearance will not be eligible for returns. The returns will be made at your own cost. We can provide returns labels using our carriers. The cost of this label will be deducted from the return refund.
Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing, and tags in-tact. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way - in this case we will return the item to you at additional postage. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by us directly without checking with us first via your returns portal
All returned items must be received back to us within 10 days of your initial returns request.

Returns will be processed within 5-10 days upon receipt of your package. This time delay is out of our control. The refund will be issued to your original payment account or as in-store credit. If you are unable to access your original payment, please see your payment provider. original Postage costs will be deducted for any items where you changed your mind or were undamaged, but where you chose to return them.
